Italian-born caterer Anna Gallo and her developer husband John Di Pietro have owned Olivigna for 17 years, planting the olive and lemon trees and grapevines that cover the surrounding hillsides and painstakingly recreating an Italian idyll in Warrandyte. The estate houses a function venue, enoteca and paved piazza, where granita carts will roam in summer. The restaurant is the latest stage in their dream and is booked out month in advance.
Alto Cibum was engaged to develop a positioning statement bring together the mulitiple experiences offered and provide a long term vision for the business.
The National Football Stadium Sydney
The Nation Football Stadium plan involved architectural plans for a $1 billion rectangular football stadium planned for Moore Park, dubbed “National Football Stadium” by architects working for the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust. The proposed concept markets the stadium as the best in the world. The Stadium plan failed to gather support from tenant teams and state government funding was redirected to an alternative stadium project.
Alto Cibum partnered with Future Foods to develop a detailed report that outlined the food and beverages concepts and spatial planning for all hospitality experiences across the Stadium.
