Rob is the founder and principal behind Alto Cibum.
For over 25 years Rob has been at the forefront of Australia and New Zealand’s hospitality industry. An industry professional and expert in entrepreneurial sales and marketing, Rob has extensive experience in developing new and exciting concepts for a wide range of markets.
Beginning his career in hospitality with the Hyatt International Hotels and Resorts, Rob has held various executive management positions in Perth, Canberra and Macau.
Rob was the General Manager of the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre before moving to Melbourne where he led Australia’s largest boutique catering brand EPICURE.
Here he championed a sustainable food philosophy and was responsible for the catering experience at some the largest and most high profile venues and events in Australia including the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Parliament House of Australia and the Australian War Memorial.
His event responsibilities have also included top Australian sporting events such as the Grand Prix, the Australian V8 Series, the Presidents Cup, the Victorian Spring Racing Carnival, the Australian Open Golf and the Australian Masters.
Rob has extensive stadia experience across Australia with involvement in operations at NIB Stadium, Suncorp Stadium and Subiaco Stadium.
In addition, Rob has had broad exposure to many Australian cultural institutions such as Arts Centre Melbourne, Brisbane Town Hall, Hawthorn Arts Centre and Melbourne Town Hall.
Rob is currently the President of the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce – a national business organisation that facilitates trade and information exchange for a diverse membership base across Australia.

Miles Hull is a fresh thinking hospitality industry professional that looks outside the box.
As a graduate of Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, Miles understands the foundations of great hospitality and is able to deliver distinct and individual concepts that at the same time challenges and reinterprets traditional thinking.
With focused experience in operational management, marketing and cultural development, Miles has successfully delivered brands and products in both the hospitality and food and beverage markets, which have set new industry bench marks.
Capitalising on previous experience with brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Steamworks Brewing Company and the Olympic Games and having owned and operated his own highly regarded restaurant in Perth, Miles was the founding General Manager of Hospitality for Little Creatures Brewing, bringing to life one of the most iconic hospitality operations and craft beer brands in Australia. Miles further went on as Little Creatures’ Head of Brand and Creative Development to conceptualise and deliver additional highly successful hospitality outlets for Little Creatures, as well as delivering a range of innovative new products and brands such as White Rabbit Brewery and Pipsqueak Cider.
Most recently, Miles has delivered Australia’s newsest boutique hotel in Perth, Alex Hotel. From original concept development and branding through to construction oversite and product launch, Miles oversaw every aspect of the unique hotel concept that captures the word wide trend of modern, affordable luxury and has turned the Perth hotel market on its head.
